10g hand dyed silk rods SR6

Ideal for all sorts of different creative textiles projects, silk paper making and mixed media pieces. Hand dyed silk carrier rods. These are a by product of the silk reeling process.  However these still need cleaning before dyeing and I try my very best for your rods to arrive as clean as possible.

Be aware that because these contain the natural sericin, colour will continue to come  out especially if you work with hot water. Working with cold water will keep it to a minimum. If you cold soak the rods can be split into much finer layers.

You will receive a random bundle from the photo. Each bundle has 7-8 silk rods.

On my monitor colours look close but please be aware different monitors can vary.
